All student-athletes (freshman/transfers/returners) need to download and fill out all forms in the appropriate packet and return to the training staff as soon as possible each summer. Please review all information carefully and fill out everything. In order to download the packets you must have Adobe Reader which can be downloaded for free here.

The goal of the Athletic Training department is to provide health care through immediate first aid, evaluation of athletic injuries, follow-up treatment, and rehabilitation, for the purpose of allowing athletes to participate in intercollegiate sports in a safe and healthy manner. Our team physicians specialize in orthopedics sports medicine. Our physicians are readily accessible for diagnosis, referral and follow-up care.
New and Returning Student-Athletes - "No forms, no practice."

Athletic Training room routinely opens two hours before start of competitive event.
Individual appointments may be scheduled with Athletic Trainers. The student-athlete is responsible to schedule this appointment.
Services Provided to Visiting Teams
As an athletic training staff, we are more than willing to tape your student athletes for away contests but we ask that you provide your own taping supplies when you come.
For any oher types of penetrating modalities and electric stim, we ask that you please provide a note specifying treatment that is signed by a Certified Athletic Trainer.
We will provide:
- Certified Athletic Trainer at every contest hosted by Asbury University.
- Ice and water
- Emergency equipment, including AED
